When will my order be shipped?

The USPS has officially announced restrictions on e-cigarette-related products on October 21, 2021. They no longer ship using USPS. Therefore, the standard shipping fee has been increased to $12 (shipping fee) + $8 (adult signature fee). There is only an $8 adult signature fee on orders over $80. Under their new system, shipping time is usually 2-4 business days.

What is their return policy?

They are happy to accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged or defective items purchased on their website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Under no circumstances will they accept returns and no refunds will be given if a non-defective item is opened and used. For unopened or unused items, they will accept returns with no restocking fee. No service fee will be charged for manufacturer defects of the original item.

Which cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety purposes, they will not accept returns for the following items, whether opened or used, and therefore non-returnable: e-liquids, opened pods/pods, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, fog carburetor/tank, disposable pod system, and rechargeable battery.

Does the product I buy from their website have a warranty?

For hardware purchases, every product purchased directly from their website comes with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for warranty service, you must contact them within 30 days of the original purchase to begin the return process. The 30-day limited warranty does not cover damage due to accident, abuse, disassembly, custom modifications or user error. NOTE: Some manufacturers do require the warranty card included in the package to process warranty service. Please do not dispose of package contents immediately.
