What paymethod methods does MZ Skin accept?

They accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also choose to buy now and pay later with klarna and clearpay.

I placed an order for delivery the next day, but it hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Any UK order placed before noon is guaranteed to be delivered the next day. Orders placed after noon will be delivered within 2 days after the order date.

Can I make a return at MZ Skin?

• Products purchased from mzskin will be returned only. Products purchased from any of their partners should be returned to the place of purchase. Please note that the phototherapy gold treatment equipment is not returnable unless it is faulty. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have 14 days to return your equipment. If the item is new, unused, and all original accessories, packaging, and manufacturing seals are intact, you will be eligible for a full refund. 

• Please note that they cannot refund any freight or postage incurred unless the returned equipment is faulty. The light therapy golden facial care device has a 6-month warranty period. If you encounter any failure, the warranty period will cover the device. MZ skin reserves the right to repair or replace the equipment during this period. Personalized items are not returnable.

• In addition to the above, you may be eligible for a refund or return at any time before the order is delivered and within 14 days after the order is delivered (from the day the order (all) is delivered to you).

How to make a return at MZ Skin?

• To return products, you must clearly inform them. Fill in the return form attached to the delivery order and return the product In writing to the following email address [email protected] Provide your name, address and order reference; or fill out and submit the cancellation form they provide on the website. 

• You must also return the product to them within 14 days after notifying them of the cancellation, on the same terms as you received the product (this does not affect your right to take any reasonable measures to check the product and ensure that it complies with your order). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product when you own it. If you fail to comply with this obligation, they may be entitled to deduct the cost of any deterioration from the refund you are entitled to, up to the product price.

• To return the product, you should securely pack the package (ensure that your name and address are attached to the package (if they provide a return order, please attach any return order), and then return it to them by express or registered mail or other forms of registered mail: They recommend that you purchase sufficient postal/transportation insurance to cover the value of the goods.
