What is the shipping policy?

• Packages are mailed to Subscribers within three weeks from Subscriber's initial registration. Subsequent packages are mailed on a cycle averaging 30-40 days thereafter for the monthly option, and 14-20 days thereafter for the bi-monthly option ("Subscription Term"). 

• Nadine West Stylists choose items from their available inventory based on your registered Style Profile and purchase history. 

• Upon receipt of the items, Subscribers may try them on in the comfort of their own homes to decide whether the pieces fit into their existing wardrobe or suit their preferences. 

• Items in each pink package are offered for sale and shall not be worn or used if not purchased. Any unwanted items in the pink package which are offered for sale shall be returned to the Company in their original condition. 

• Unless selected for purchase, Subscribers are only allowed to try the outfits on for the sole purpose of fitting them at home. Outfits not purchased cannot be worn or used elsewhere for other purposes.

What is the process of shipping?

All Products will be considered accepted by you upon shipment from our warehouse, and title to and risk of loss passes to you when we turnover the Product(s) to a common carrier. Without prejudice to the preceding sentence, Nadine West further assumes that packages have been received and are in the possession of the Subscriber if the tracking details show successful delivery thereof.Any disputes as to receipt or tracking accuracy must be raised prior to the charge date of the shipment in question.

What is the return policy?

• Once you receive the package, you are allowed to try on the items from the day of receipt up until the return by date indicated in your packing slip (referred to as "return by" date). 

• To return unpurchased items, use the same package they arrived in and the prepaid return postage sticker provided.

•  Any item not returned by the "return by" date and in the packaging format required shall be automatically considered as purchased and shall be charged to the Subscriber's billing information. 

• Each package comes with a prepaid return label through USPS. They rely on USPS tracking tools to determine the status of your return. 

• All returned items must be received at our warehouse unworn and in the original condition, including all attached tags. They reserve the right to charge Subscribers for items which have tags removed, show obvious signs of wear, or have been damaged.

How can I become a subscriber?

• To become a Subscriber, you must provide your email address, physical address, and payment information. 

• All personal information provided during sign up must be truthful and representative of your legal identity. 

• You represent that you will not use any credit card or other form of payment unless you have all necessary authorization to do so. 

• They will not be liable in the event your children or others acting with or without your permission use your credit card; however you may report any unauthorized use to us, and we will use reasonable measures within their control to help prevent future unauthorized use of your card. You will complete their Style Quiz in order to establish your style profile ( "Style Profile" ).
