Can I make a return at Nathan Sports?

At Nathan Sports, their return policy is liberal, generous and forgiving, but it has its limits! They understand that it is unreasonable to place a specific time limit on all returns due to the wide variation in uses and seasons. In addition, they realized that everyone's idea of "fair attrition" is different.
If their equipment cannot be delivered, they will fully support the product. If it fails to perform its thousandth wear, they shall consider "reasonable wear and tear." Rather than closing the door on returns after 30 days, they prefer the flexibility to judge each situation individually.
Can I make an exchange at Nathan Sports?
Unfortunately, their exchange program is on hold. They look forward to it returning as soon as some process updates, security issues and efficiency issues are put in place. They apologize for the inconvenience
Why does my orders are separated in many packages?
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages at no additional cost. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times, as they only charge once for product processing and shipping.
How can I make a return at Nathan Sports?
Please contact their customer service team via email [email protected] or call 800-233-6956 to obtain a return label. Their CS team will provide UPS return labels. Place the item in its original packaging or in a similar size container and place a shipping label on the outside of the box, mail or envelope.
Boxes can be taken to any place where they will make UPS pickup or any UPS location. All returned goods will be returned to them via standard ground shipping (1-5 business days depending on location, according to UPS website). Once your order is received, it will be processed and refunded within 10-15 business days (your financial institution may also have its own processing time). Does Nathan Sports protect my orders?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, Nathan Sports is not responsible for any delay in shipment caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to service provider network outages or weather conditions. Nathan Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
