Where do they start shipping and how soon?

They ship to addresses in the US and Canada only. Free shipping to US addresses on orders over $179. Processing time for in-stock items is typically 1-3 business days. During peak demand periods, the processing time for in-stock items may be extended to 3-5 days. UPS is now their preferred carrier and the default carrier for all free shipping. UPS Ground delivers Monday-Friday (Saturday to select areas). USPS Priority Mail is used to ship all orders to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This service does not provide real-time tracking. Note that when shipping to Alaska, they may ship larger orders via LTL Freight.

How do I return my order?

Their products are handcrafted and many are made to order, including bath salts, lip balms, lotion bars and other bulk items. So if you want to return products, they don't automatically offer a refund for those products. However, if the product is not as described, they would love to hear from you and consider returning it. In either case, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. Adams Handmade Soap may, at its discretion, charge a 25% restocking fee if returns are accepted. Please note that they will not be accepting returns for custom or bespoke items. Any items changed after receipt by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

Can the order be cancelled?

If their customer service team receives a request before the order ships, the order may be cancelled. For all standard products that can be restocked, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be given for any custom or bespoke merchandise. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
