What are the non-returnable items?

• Return shipments from outside the country.
  

How to start a return?

• You have to return online purchases through the mail so long as it is shipped to them from within the United States of America. To return your online purchase by mail:
  

• Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  

• Include the packing slip and return label, indicate the reason for the return and make sure the RMA# is on the box.
  

• Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  

• Send your return to their warehouse at: Neato Labels, 33 Eastern Steel Rd, Milford, CT 06460
  

What is the shipping policy for international orders?

• Please email them at [email protected] with your address and what you would like to order to get a quote.
  

• NEATO prides itself in shipping your order as quickly as possible. 
  

• Excluding US holidays and weekends, NEATO ships Monday thru Friday each week. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will usually ship same day. Please take a look at their hours of operation so you are aware of their shipping time limitations.  
  

• Once your order is complete, they can generally ship it within 24 hours (except holidays, weekends). They apologize that during the winter holidays and special sale events, it can take them a little longer. Shipping rates are available upon checkout.
  

What if my package was lost or damaged during shipment?

• For loss or damage of your parcel, you must email them all information including order number within 3 days of receipt of the order.  Claims will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery date.
  

• Make sure to keep all packing slips, packaging material and original box. They may collect the damaged merchandise if the shipping carrier request an inspection of questioned merchandise.
  

• Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on carrier claim processing time. They may require additional information from you to accept your claim including photographic evidence of damage etc.
