What is Neutrogena Return Policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at neutrogena.com, they will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling charges) in full within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping costs will not be refunded by neutrogena.com except in case of delivery error or damage to the product.

How do I return or exchange an item?

• Fill in the required information in the return section at the bottom of the invoice. You can keep the top of the invoice for your records.

• Pack the item you are returning or exchange in its original packaging (if possible) and attach a completed return section. To ensure that your return is refundable, please ensure that the return package is postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on the invoice.

• After receiving the returned item, it may take up to 45 days for the return to be processed and deposited into your account. Credits appear on your statement over two billing cycles.

• Orders placed before 2pm (est) via standard shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of order. Most standard shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Please look forward to the delay of processing due to the increase in the volume during the closure period (November to December)

• Orders placed before 3pm (est) Monday through Friday will be delivered within 2 business days from the shipping date. Most second-day orders are processed and shipped on the same business day.

• Standard shipping orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped out of the warehouse by the next business day.

• Delivery orders from the second day from Monday to Friday will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day.

• Certain items considered hazardous (including alcohol-based products and aerosols) are only required by the U.S. department of transportation to be shipped by ground transportation. For these products, only the standard shipping option is available at checkout. There is no priority transportation for products that have been identified as dangerous goods.
