What is the shipping policy?

• They know you're stoked to get your gear and they’re hyped to get it to you as fast as they can. 

• Shipping rates continue to rise, especially freight, and they do their best to get you your gear as affordably as possible. 

• Free Shipping is available for most orders over $50 in the lower 48 states. 

• Free In-Store Pick Up is available at any of their four locations.

• Free Watercraft Delivery is available in the Portland Metro area.

What is the holiday return policy?

• New items may be returned or exchanged through January 31st.  If purchased with a credit or debit card, the original card used must be present for a refund. 

• Items must be in new condition with original packaging, boxes, and tags. Footwear may not be worn outside. 

• Used items from the Bargain Basement may be Returned or Exchanged within 10 days with original receipt and tags for Store Credit Only.

• Non-Returnable items include safety-rated climbing gear, underwear, bear spray, maps, customized items, fuel, and hygiene products.

Can I exchange an defective item?

• The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to place a new order through their website, and return your original item within 30 days of pickup or delivery. 

• This will avoid the risk of the item selling out and will speed up the process of getting you the items you need. 

• If processed within 30 days, you will receive a full refund for your unused items once they receive the return. No return authorization is required.  

• Return shipping information is located at the bottom of the packing sheet included with your order.

How to return a in-store purchase?

• With a receipt, most items in new condition (including discounted merchandise) can be returned in-store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  

• Items must be in original retail packaging and have all manufacturer tags, manuals, documentation, parts and accessories. 

• ome items have additional restrictions that should be listed on its product page, or fall within the Final Sale category section below.  

• Used items with receipt and tags can be returned within 10 days for store credit only.
