When will my order be dispatched?

• To receive a refund on your unwanted items, they ask that you return them within 21 days of placing your original order. The products they receive must be unopened and unused. This 21 day period starts from the date indicated on the invoice you receive with your original order. Please note that this refund is for the product only and doesn't include postage and packaging costs.

• If it was NextdayLenses.com that made a mistake, they will be happy to refund your order including the postage and packaging costs that you have incurred (both of your initial order and the cost of returning the products back to them).

I have the same power in both eyes or require a different brand of lens for each eye, how do I order a single box?

If you only need vision correction for one eye, you can buy your contact lenses in single boxes. On the product page, you can select 'Single Box' just above where you input your prescription. This will remove the field to input a second prescription, and allow you to buy one box only.
