Nina Designs Frequently Asked Questions
What is their backorder policy?
Since they are a wholesale company, their inventory levels often fluctuate rapidly. The inventory they have on hand is listed on their item details page. When an item is out of stock, it will display "Sold Out". To qualify for backorders, the order amount for each item must total $30 or more. If the total amount of the out of stock item is less than $30, it will be cancelled and please reorder at a later date.
Can I have their diamond, crystal or gemstone charm stamped?
They do not recommend stamping on charms with diamonds, crystals or gemstones. Diamonds, crystals or gemstones are tension set and stamping can change the tension and dislodge the diamond, crystal or gemstone. They do not accept returns of diamonds, crystals or gemstones that have been dislodged by stamping. Please check all your charms before using them. If you receive a defective item, please return the unused item so that they can best resolve the defective issue with their factory.
What is their return policy?
They have a return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item within 10 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit. Return the completed return form with unused merchandise in a hard-sided box within 10 days of receipt. They offer the following options: refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange. Whenever possible, keep the original packaging you received from your order and reuse it to send your return back to them.
