Do they offer gift cards?

They have £50, £100, £150, £200, £300 e-gift cards available for purchase and their gift cards are non-refundable.

What payment methods do they use?

They receive payments via PayPal and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay. Buy now and pay in installments with Klarna and Clearpay.

What is their return policy?

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt, with all tags unworn and intact packaging. Once they receive the item, they will process your refund within 7 days and credit your original payment method. Make sure the item is well packaged with your order number and that "Return" is clearly written on the outside of the package. They reserve the right not to refund you if your items are returned to them in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14-day return policy. If you wish to have these items returned to you, they may require you to pay shipping costs.

When will I receive my parcel?

They aim to dispatch all orders received by 4:00pm on the same day for next day delivery within the UK only, 3-4 days for standard European delivery and 5-10 days for standard delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays, subject to stock availability) .
