How soon do they ship? Need money for delivery?

All orders over £85.00 will be upgraded to free Royal Mail tracking. Their standard delivery service is via Royal Mail and will arrive between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Their goal is to receive your order within 5 business days, but don't be surprised if it shows up sooner than that, they'll get it to you ASAP!

I wrote the wrong address and I have not received the goods, what should I do?

If any item is lost or returned to them due to buyer providing incorrect/incomplete address or not picking up from their sorting office, they will only re-ship postage after buyer has paid the necessary re-shipping fee.

Can I return or exchange it?

Their policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When returning any item for a refund or exchange, please download, print and complete the return form. They are happy to exchange anything. I submitted a return, how long did it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
