Is my package insured?

During the transportation from oak hall to the delivery address, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once your items are delivered to the designated delivery address and signed, they will no longer be covered by insurance. If your box is damaged on arrival, they suggest you refuse delivery or indicate that you accept the damaged box when signing. For orders of $200 and above, they need to sign before delivery.

How do I return or exchange goods?

They are happy to accept the return or exchange of any undamaged, unwashed and undamaged full price goods within 30 days after the original purchase date. The refund will be in the form of original payment. They will accept any undamaged, unwashed and undamaged sales goods for store credit or exchange within 7 working days after receipt.
