What to do for the lost shipments?

• They apologize that you have not received your recent purchase. 

• Your satisfaction is their highest priority and, on occasion, the USPS or one of our carriers does misplace a package while in transit to you. 

• In these cases the package often shows up at a later date or is misdelivered. 

• OEMPCWorld will work with you to expedite a replacement shipment to you once certain periods of time have elapsed as dictated by the carriers and choice of shipping method.

Do I need to pay for the shipping taxes?

• California residents are charged 8.750% sales tax on total purchase price including shipping for shipments within California. 

• All other destinations are shipped tax free.  

• International customers are responsible for Duty and Tax of their respective countries.

What is the shipping policy?

• They offer free shipping on all US orders over $20!

• All items are in stock ready to ship unless otherwise stated at the item page. 

• The OEMPCWorld product database and advanced purchasing tools allow them to maintain 99% in stock levels at all times with very few exceptions. 

• All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10:00AM PST generally ship next business day. Fedex orders placed before 3:00PM PST will ship same day pending product availability.

Can I make a return request for the defective items?

• Yes. You may return any item purchased for a refund of your item purchase price (less shipping and handling) within the first 30 days from date of invoice (we must receive the product no later than 30 days from date of invoice). 

• After 30 days you are entitled to store credit for any exchanges against a product of equal or higher value. 

• The credit you will receive will be determined based on time of ownership and current market value of the product.

• Special order items, custom labeling work, or any other special packaging options selected cannot be returned for refund at any time. 

• Orders over $5000 and orders not placed using the Memory Selector may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

• Special order items refer to specific brands, quantities or types of ram or flash not normally listed at their site.
