What is your After Sales Services?
Within 30 days of purchase: Contact the original seller for replacement or refund (Note: if the light or product box is broken, the refund service is not be provided).
- Within 5 years of purchase: Contact Olight for replacement. (The shipper is not responsible for the replacement shipping fee cost).
- After 5 years of purchase: Items are no longer under warranty, but they are glad to offer you 25% off to reorder a new light on their online store.
What about your return policy?
They accept the refund by returning the original goods and receipt in 30 days from delivery date.
How much shoud I pay for my return?
Once your recall application and shipping fee form are accepted, they will make a refund or store credit as compensation for shipping fee refund. Different application options will have different shipping methods:
- Store Credit: They will make a refund for the shipping fee after confirming your Shipping Invoice.
- Replacement: They will make a refund for the shipping fee after confirming your Shipping Invoice.
- Full Refund: They will make a full refund (Product + Shipping Fee) to you.
