What payment methods are supported?

They accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time they do not accept any other form of payment, including cash or checks.

Do they support free shipping?

All domestic orders over $99 will receive free Priority Shipping. Orders under $99 will be charged $8.50 for shipping. You will be able to track this shipment through USPS Tracking. International orders over $250 will ship for free via DHL Express. International orders under $250 to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico will be charged a flat rate of $25. Rest of the world will be charged a flat rate of $40.

When will my order be shipped?

Onzie currently provides international shipping services worldwide. All orders are shipped from their warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. You should add the shipping time to the processing days. They do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once they have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped, which will include tracking information. Due to increased order volume, orders placed on weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may require additional processing time. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing.

How does return work?

Onzie is proud to provide you with quality products, but understand that things don't always work. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, they will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and all labels still attached within thirty days of the order's ship date for a full refund. You will receive a return form in the package. You have to pay for shipping in one way.
