Ootdfash Frequently Asked Questions
My package has been lost . What should I do?
Please make sure to submit the correct address. they are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves their premises they are not responsible for them as USPS or UPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow them to send for you. Once they send the liability is between you and USPS or UPS; however, they will do their best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the items or will Ootdfash send me a return label?
Unfortunately they do not provide return labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
Do you hold items for returns?
No unfortunately due to excessive hold requests, they cannot hold a specific size for a return. they can't guarantee that by the time your return reaches them, the size you desire will be available.
What will I receive for my return?
You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent via email. they will add up the total spent on the items returned and include that amount in a store credit gift card. You will use this gift card to purchase your desired size exchange or any other exchange of your choice. they do not provide refunds for returns.
Do I save my tracking number to prove that I returned my items?
Yes please do! Unfortunately packages do get lost sometimes but with your return tracking information they will know that you did in fact return a package.
My package was returned due to the incorrect address not picking up order with signature confirmation, can you reship it for free?
Unfortunately there is a reship fee of $6 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or orders that are not picked from local post office with signature confirmation. Unfortunately they are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment and cost them two fees for a reshipment. Due to an excess amount of orders being returned for these two reasons, they will no longer be reshipping packages at no cost. There will be a fee of $6 for reshipments. they ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order to avoid any additional costs.
When does Ootdfash restock styles?
Unfortunately they do not have exact dates they restock styles due to the many different vendors/manufacturers they work with having varying restock schedules. They do have a Requested Restock List, where you can add your requests. You can simply email your requests to [email protected] and they will add your faves to the list. they take this list to their vendors/manufacturers and requests a restock for the styles on the list. If the material or styles are already available they restock within 1-4 weeks.
