What is their shipping policy?

• All orders are delivered by express mail. If you live in the United States, they use USPS. If you are international, they use DHL express.

• The date of shipment is for reference only and may vary due to circumstances beyond their control.

• United States: free (1-3 working days) USPS.

• International: US $35.00 fixed fee (2-4 working days) DHL express.

• Please note: if you authorize your package to be unattended / unsigned, they will not be responsible for the stolen items.

• International orders may be subject to tariffs and taxes calculated by local customs authorities. These fees must be paid by the customer. If rejected, out East eyewear has the right to deduct the return freight from the original refund amount.

What is their return policy?
