Can I get free return?
Feel free to try them on without stress or worry. All products purchased on thier site may be returned within 45 days of purchase for any reason, unless otherwise stated. Returns in the them are free, but unfortunately not internationally.
Just make sure the items are clean! Outlier reserves the right to refuse smells or unsanitary returns.
Items marked as "final sale" in the product name or description cannot be returned or refunded.
Items received with WTF pack cannot be returned or refunded.
Outlier uses a third party service called returnly to assist in the return process. They can be exchanged for items in stock or returned for a refund. Ail's domestic returns are provided with an instant store credit to use for the exchange. If the store credit is not used before retum is received and processed, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Outlier aims to process all returns ssible. The goal is always to do it on the same day. I receive it, but sometimes it may be. Your return and refund will be made once a week when it's processed, you get an email.
Outlier's account will appear immediately, but it may take a few days for it to appear on your credit card account.
Different credit card companies process refunds differently, so they cannot provide you with the exact timing of a refund. Returns within 45 days of purchase will be refunded.
What is Outlier's shipping policy?
They always ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan, and use thier e-commerce systems
We are designed to accept orders from anywhere in the world please note that they do not ship to Po boxes or apo/dpo addresses.
Shipping via ups ground is a flat $10 for all orders within the us. Rapid delivery via fedex for them orders is $20.
For international orders, shipping costs are $35 plus customs duties, duties, taxes and fees specific to the applicable country. International orders are shipped via DHL express.
Outlier ships from Monday to Friday (except major holidays and mess) and they will try to process all orders within 1 business day after received them, but they are small company and super busy when it may take a little. Outlier aims to place your order by 11am est on the same day.

What is Outlier Restocks?
- The amount of replenishment varies greatly from product to product.
- On any product page, you can register for the replenishment notification by filling out the replenishment form that appears by clicking on the desired size/color.
- In many cases, the easiest and fastest way to find sold out sizes and colors is in the secondary market.
What is Outlier's a gift certificate?
Outlier does not currently sell vouchers due to fraud issues, but they do offer them from time to time.
Outlier reserves the right to confirm, revoke, or revoke gift certificate transactions that are considered particularly fraudulent or suspicious.
