What is their shipping policy?

• Due to the coronavirus and the security measures they have taken to ensure the safety of their colleagues, the current delivery order may be slightly delayed. They thank you for your patience in these days.

• Orders will be delivered by one of the following courier companies: Royal Mail, British Post, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT or parcel express. Please note that some orders may be split and items may be sent separately because the inventory is located in different locations.

• *Please note that all express orders issued after 11:30 am will be issued on the next business day for delivery from Monday to Friday.

• Delivery will be sent to the address specified in your order. Unfortunately, once the order is placed, they cannot change your delivery address.

• All undelivered items will be retained by the delivery company and returned to them after a reasonable period of time. In this case, they will return the item to you, but reserve the right to arrange for the delivery and return of the item.

What is their return policy?

• Their masks are not returnable.

• They hope you will be satisfied with your paisie purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 21 days after delivery. Just return the goods to them as they are (the postage is borne by the customer), and they will refund the goods after receiving them, or change the goods to different sizes / colors if they want. 

• Please also note that all bar code labels must be intact when returning items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you cancel the entire order before shipment, only the freight will be refunded.

• You are responsible for returning the items to them. You are responsible for the item until they receive it. In order to protect yourself, they recommend that you use the express service that insures the value of your goods to send the package.
  

• If they do not receive the returned package, it is your responsibility to keep your postage certificate so as to provide them with proof that you have returned the goods.
• For customers outside Europe who want to return / exchange goods, please contact their customer service team, who will help. They need to know your order number, the items you want to return / exchange, and the reason for the return / exchange.
• Standard international express may take up to 20 working days to return the package to them, except by express mail.
