I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Except for cancellations, all orders are final once processed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact them immediately as this must be done before your order is shipped. Once shipped, they cannot cancel your order. Any other changes at this time, including but not limited to: the inability to delete and/or add items to your order and/or combine orders.

What should I do with a refund?

Their policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and identical to the tagged item you received. If for any reason you don't like your purchase, they want to know and try to correct it. They do not charge any restocking/return processing fees. Items worn purely to test fit are not considered used. In order to complete your return, they will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How soon will I receive my refund?

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

How soon can I receive my goods?

For orders placed before 2pm PST, they will try to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Most of their orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Free shipping on US orders over $100. They always come in eco-friendly packaging.
