Can I cancel my order?
- At PC-Canada.com, they make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship once the necessary order verifications have been completed and cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped.
- If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be placed on back order and shipped to you when stock becomes available. Most back orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the order shipping.
- PC-Canada.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product that is advertised in error that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.
What if my order is out of stock?
- When you place an order for an out of stock item PC-Canada.com will preauthorize your method of payment however we will not charge your method of payment until stock is ready to ship. Pricing on backorders is subject to change.
- If the price decreases you will be charged the cost of the item on the day it becomes available to ship. If the product price increases they will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.
- A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In the rare occasion that a backordered product becomes end of life or is no longer available PC-Canada.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
Do I have to pay for sales tax?
