What terms of payment does Pecron accept?

• You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout. They accept secure payments by credit card, debit card and PayPal from local and international customers.

• Please note that if you use a currency other than US dollars, there may be an additional conversion fee.

Can I make a return at Pecron?

• Your 100% satisfaction is very important to them. They offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If the product is damaged or defective by delivery - they offer a 100% refund. They have a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt.

• To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging to have all pieces in good condition for resale.

• When a returned item is received and checked, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How long can I get my orders at Pecron?

• Their goal is to provide you with the best and fastest shipping service, no matter where you live. They deliver to hundreds of customers every day and they strive to provide you with the highest level of service. They ship with UPS, USPS and Canada Post at their discretion. Courier/local pickup service is not available at this time. 

• Processing time :1-2 working days. Shipping time :2-10 business days for standard shipping, 1-5 business days for express shipping

• International shipping may take up to 30 days (including specific regions such as PR, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) They have experienced some unexpected delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so shipments may take longer than usual. 

How long does the order process?

As soon as the tracking number becomes available, they will update it and send it to their PECRON members, so they strongly recommend that you register as a PECRON member. If your order is temporarily out of stock, their customer service representative will contact you. You can choose to wait to restock or cancel the order.

Can I cancel my orders?

They accept order cancellations prior to product delivery or production. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, they cannot cancel the order.

How long can I get my refunds?

Once your return has been received and inspected, they will notify you of receipt by email. They will also inform you if you agree to a refund.
