How to make a return?

• Print pre-paid return label and return receipt.

• Pack your item(s) in their original condition (with tags attached) and include return receipt.

• Affix the pre-paid return label to outside of package

• Once your package is ready for shipping, simply drop it off at your nearby UPS store.

• If you do not have a printer, please call customer service at 877-996-6599, Monday-Friday 7am-6pm PT. Or, email them at [email protected].

• You may also pay to return your package using the shipping method of your choice to the locations. Please include the return receipt, and pay the shipping fee when you drop off the package.

Can I return a gift?

• Yes. For gift returns, please call 1-877-996-6599 or email them at [email protected]. 

• If you are returning an item received as a gift, they will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the original purchase price. 

• Your gift certificate will be issued once they receive the returned item.

What are the exceptions for returns?

• Rugs: Rugs must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

• Pet Products: For health safety reasons, you may not return used pet items, including those that were only tried on.

• Non-Returnable Items: You may not return gift cards or e-gift cards; cut yardage, except defective fabric; furniture, except damaged or defective items; blankets once hanging tabs have been added; and embroidered/personalized items, unless there is a quality issue.

When will I receive my order?

• Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. 

• Standard delivery varies, but usually takes no more than 5-10 business days from the time the order is processed. 

• Please allow up to 10 weeks for furniture delivery. 

• Personalized items may take an extra 30 days. Their one-time shipping rate includes backorders and exchanges.
