Are gift vouchers available?
Unfortunately, gift vouchers are currently unavailable. As they strive to reduce their carbon footprint, their parcels do not contain pricing invoices or unnecessary packaging. If your gift is unsuitable, they request that the card owner contacts them to arrange a refund and place a new order for a replacement, or, an alternative item. Please contact them in this instance, and, they will be happy to assist you.
I missed my delivery, how do I receive my parcel?
If you are unavailable when delivery takes place, they recommend contacting the courier chosen using your tracking number provided. In many cases, you can schedule redelivery at a convenient time for you. If this is not possible, please contact them straight away.
- If DPD was your chosen service, choose an address of your choice via the DPD app.
- Any deliveries attempted and unachieved by Royal mail will be diverted to your closest post office depot. A delivery notice will be left with instructions for you to collect your order from the collection point.
Does Penfield have a no-contact delivery process in place?
Yes. All of their carriers have the ability to deliver with no contact. Let them know that you would like for this to happen when they contact you to arrange delivery, or when they arrive at your address.
