What is their return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact them within 60 days of purchase. They will do their best to provide you with the right service. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the $7 restocking fee. Product must be returned in its original packaging and unused (unless delivered damaged). Sale items are non-refundable. They do not insure or replace any stolen packages.

What is their shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders over $49. PetRx ships using all major carriers, depending on location and weight. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Their warehouse is located in Southern California. Ground service shipping time is usually 1-5 business days. In rare cases, transit times may be extended due to factors beyond their control. Please allow them 1-2 business days to process your order.

How will they contact my veterinarian about my pet's prescribed diet?

They will contact your veterinarian by phone or fax for approval. If they don't hear back from them within 24-72 hours, they will contact you.

What is their prescribing policy?

• Prescription pet food and medication.

• PetRX.com reserves the right to refuse sales to any customer who fails to provide a valid and current prescription.

• Customers must provide a valid prescription and/or up-to-date veterinary information when purchasing any prescription weight loss pet food or medication.

• All prescriptions are confirmed by the prescribing veterinarian using a faxed authorization form and/or verbal approval from the prescribing veterinarian and/or clinic.

• PetRX.com verifies that the prescribing veterinary license is valid and reputable.

• Authorized prescriptions will remain valid until the specified expiration date or 365 days after approval is received, whichever comes first.

• PetRX.com will not send any prescription weight loss pet food or medication without valid supporting documentation (i.e. prescription, signed veterinary authorization form, oral approval from the prescribing veterinarian).

• Once authorization is received and the prescribing veterinary license is verified as valid and in good standing, the prescription diet pet food or medication will be shipped (via USPS, FedEx or UPS) to the address specified by the customer.
