Can I cancel my order?

Creating on-demand books is like a giant train - new orders are added to the end of the train. They cannot easily stop the train without incurring huge risks and costs. So once your order has been moved to the pressroom, they can't cancel your order because that means manufacturing has already started.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

While they can't provide shipping quotes as it will vary based on the final order, they do offer the ability to receive estimated shipping quotes for the destination and quantity of each product in their store. Soft cover manufacturing time takes 2-4 working days. Hardcover production time takes 5-6 working days. Special product manufacturing takes 4-5 working days. Their manufacturing process takes 2-5 business days before shipping, depending on the time of year and the product ordered. An automatic shipping notification is submitted when your order is shipped. They do not offer shipping insurance.

Can I get a refund? How does it work?

They do not accept returns for printed products, nor do they accept exchanges. Unlike mass-produced products, when you place an order, each product is custom made for you. Therefore, they strongly recommend that you double-check your preview files before purchasing and make sure you are satisfied with your creation. They give you the opportunity to preview your layout before creating the cover. Please take the time to review your preview carefully.

How are they priced?

They offer more sizes and styles than any other on-demand book printer, while also offering the best prices. Their specialty is full-color photo-quality book printing; however, they do offer black-and-white text printing. They also offer great shipping options and prices. Since every album is different, they have a simple formula to determine the price of each book: base cost + (pages * page cost) = album cost.
