What should I do if my package is lost?

• They are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.  It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate lost or missing packages. They will, however, do everything in their power to assist you.  

• Please select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

• If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email them at [email protected] as soon as possible. They can change the address as long as the package has not left their facility.

What’s the status of my order?

• After receiving the delivery confirmation email, you will be able to track it and view your delivery status. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to display.

• After the order is delivered to the correct delivery address, they are not responsible for the lost or stolen package.

How fast will my order ship?

• Most of their orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from their Florida warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, they estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 6 business days of its shipping date.

• They do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. Additionally, they do not offer Saturday delivery.

International orders could be returned?

• Please visit their INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL here to initiate your return.  You will have the option to print a prepaid DHL label for a fee that will be deducted from your refund.

• Please be advised that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.

• All items must be returned in their original condition. They are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been worn, stained or damaged . Any Sale items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
