• Yes. Returns and Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery of your order. They want to ensure that your purchasing experience is fun, easy, and risk-free.

• Plae.co can only accept returns for New/Unworn condition items.

• Please be sure to test shoes indoors on a soft/carpet surface to ensure proper fit and comfort while keeping the shoes in new condition.

• All sales are final for event/promo priced purchases when noted at time of purchase, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

• Any charges for shipping are nonrefundable.

What is Plae.co Shipping Policy?

• They offer FREE economy shipping on orders within the U.S that are $49.00 or more. Standard shipping fee for orders less that $49 is $6.95.

• Free shipping may not be applied with other promotions, offers or discounts. Shipping applies (starting at $6.95) with other promotions or offers, such as the Growth Spurt Guarantee and customers with alternate shipping terms.

• They are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and our warehouse starts the shipping process as soon as your order has been placed. Please make sure the COLOR, SIZE and STYLE are correct before you complete your purchase. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. 

• Multi-item orders may not ship together. 

• They do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Saturday delivery is not available.

• They do not offer shipping to Canada or other international shipping addresses.
