How long is the warranty?

They want you to love your Backbone One! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return your product for a refund as follows:

• You are eligible to return your Backbone One product, free of charge via US mail (or equivalent), for a refund if:
• You purchased your Backbone One from an authorized reseller within 30 days of your return request and provide them with proof of purchase.
• You return your Backbone One to them in like new condition, in original packaging.

What's the Warranty Replacement?

If you are approved for a warranty replacement, then your replacement order will be processed and an order confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

How do I get a refund?

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-30 business days to show up on your account. If you do not see the refund after 30 business days and are still seeing the original charge on your account, they kindly suggest that you reach out to your bank for more information.
