When can I get my refunds?
Once they receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Due to the nature of custom-produced games, no refund can be given for these items and all sales are final.
If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a set amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to track my order?
A tracking number is normally emailed to you from them or from the the shipping carrier. If you have further questions, please contact them and include your order number.
How to customize my game？
Go to your game’s order page, choose your frame/ramp color options, then click ADD TO CART.
Click CUSTOMIZE.
Click SELECT OPTIONS for each custom piece. (Note: custom ramps are a special case, contact them to order one).
The template for each custom piece can be downloaded right from its page.
After paying, hang on to your emailed order receipt from them. Then, when you are ready to send in your artwork, reply to your order receipt and attach your artwork file to it. Artwork file must be in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) and the template must be removed from the design.
A proof will be emailed back to you (if necessary) for your approval before production.
Can I change my adress?
Yes, you can. The charge for an address change is $20. The carrier does charge to have this done. If you have further questions, please contact them.
