How do I place an order?
Once you have found the products you wish to purchase, simply add them to your shopping basket and follow their quick and easy checkout.
You will be directed to enter your personal details and then you'll be able to pay securely online.
A confirmation email detailing your order and estimated delivery times will then be sent to your inbox.
If you have any queries once you have placed your order then you can contact their team who will be happy to assist you.
How long can I get my orders at PowerBulbs?
They'll dispatch your order as soon as they can - this is often the same business day whenever possible. They will be shipping orders as normal during the current pandemic.
To keep you fully informed they'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched.
On rare occasions, due to factors outside their control, delivery may take slightly longer on their free delivery services. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time, please accept their apologies. Please contact them and they'll be happy to provide further assistance.
Will my return costs be refunded?
Return postage costs will only be refunded if you return the bulbs to them because of an error on their part. They will then refund your return postage costs upon return of the order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning an item using DHL the paperwork must be completed correctly, stating the item to be a return. If this information is missing, they incur custom charges, so unfortunately they will have to refuse the item.
How long do I have to return a product at PowerBulbs?
Any refunds will be actioned within 30 days of cancellation of the contract.
Exchanges will be actioned the same working day upon receipt of the original goods.
Please note that returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the order being dispatched (UK) and 60 days for all orders outside of the UK. Return requests made after this period of time will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted then you will need to return the products to them within 14 working days. Returns received after this time may not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
They process all orders as quickly as possible so they only have a very short time where they are able to cancel an order.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order please contact them as soon as possible.
Once the order has been sent for processing, they will be unable to cancel your order. You would then need to return the item to them.
I have only received part of my order, what should I do?
Although the your order will be dispatched on the same day, it may be sent out in separate parcels and therefore may not all arrive with you at the same time.
Please allow the full estimated delivery time stated for your complete order to arrive with you.
