Should I pay the cancellation fee?
6% fee will be deducted from the refund for all cancelled orders whether or not it has already shipped (to cover credit card fees they incur). NO EXCEPTIONS, unless it is an error on their end. No credit card fees are charged to customers for fully completed orders.
Whats the return exceptions?
NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN due to liability issues. If they have made a mistake and shipped out the wrong item, they will replace it ONLY if the 4473\background check was not completed. If you have accepted the transfer on a firearm (already completed the 4473 background check paperwork at your local FFL dealer) and after you have received the transfer discover that you received the wrong gun you will not be eligible for a return, All of their firearms (unless otherwise indicated) are brand new in-box sold to them in that condition by their suppliers.
How to make a return?
Please email returns@preppergunshop.com with the reason for the return and request for a refund or exchange and they will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Store credit will not accrue restocking fees.
If your package goes missing in transit, while rare, they must follow carrier (I.E. FedEx\USPS\UPS) policy to locate the missing package. This process has several steps and can take up to 3-4 weeks for a resolution. If you purchase shipping insurance, before the order was shipped, they can resolve your missing package once the insurance claim has been submitted. Shipping insurance is 1.5% of the cost of the product purchased.
How long can I get my orders?

They are currently estimating up to 7-10 business days to process/pull/pack/ship and 3-5 business days in transit.
If you have not contacted your FFL to ensure they are open and accepting transfers, now is a great time to do so!
On average, packages ship within 2-4 business days after they have been processed.
What's the discount information?
The discount varies by brand and item. Please note, the discount will not apply to bundled items such as brace/mag packages because they will have already discounted the items as far as possible.
To participate, please email proof of service to sales@preppergunshop.com. They can accept: Current law enforcement commission card/badge. Current retired law enforcement credentials. Letter on official agency letterhead stating the officer/agent is active or retired from agency.
Copy of official federal agent business card (Law prohibits photocopying of Federal ID). Military personnel: Picture of ID, VA Card, DD-214, or similar. If there is sensitive information on your ID, please feel free to obscure that part of it. Active military – if unable to provide an image of your ID, please send them an email from your current and valid .mil email address, and that will suffice.
