Why does it show that a product is unavailable?

• Since they craft the fresh products on their menu with seasonal produce, they sometimes stock out.

• If the selected store, or warehouse for nationwide shipping, is fresh out of some of their products, they will mark the item temporarily unavailable until the retail store or warehouse is fully stocked. 

• If ordering for pickup, you are able to choose another store location and view their inventory to see if they have the desired items in stock at a nearby location.

How is Pressed supporting sustainability?

• Not only did they convert their 2oz shot bottles to environmentally friendly 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (or rPET) bottles, but their newly designed 12oz and 15.2oz bottles are now made of 25% rPET. 

• Their transition to rPET will collectively save over 300,000 lbs of plastic annually (that’s a 30% reduction in their use of virgin plastic!).Reducing their use of plastic is just one of the ways they’re working to decrease their environmental impact. 

• They also craft their beverages using 50% imperfect produce, saving 11.5 million pounds of produce that may have ended up in landfills. 

• In addition, they are consistently working to streamline production and limit greenhouse gas emissions.

Why did Pressed rebrand?

They are on a mission to provide people with delicious, accessible real-food that inspires healthier living, and they opted to refresh their look to better reflect their uncomplicated approach to their products. Their new refresh begins with their more simplified name: “Pressed.”

What is the guarantee?

• If you are not satisfied with the taste of the juices purchased, you will need to contact Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the shipment with detailed information on why you theyre not satisfied with their product. 

• Depending on the feedback received, they may not be able to provide a full refund.

What is the cancellations?

• Cancellation requests for shipment orders placed need to be submitted to Customer Service right away. A 24 hour notice is in place for all E Commerce shipments to give ample time to communicate the change with their warehouses. 

• If the cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
