How long can I get my orders at Primitive Skateboarding?

• Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex, or USPS. All shipments for 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped FedEx. Weekends and holidays do not count as they are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

• Their normal Fed Ex and UPS shipping time is 5 days to the east coast and next day or 2nd day in Southern California. You can call 1-800-463-3339 or check FedEx.com to check on shipping time for your area. They ship from Los Angeles, CA, 91311.

• They do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS.

How long can I get my refunds at Primitive Skateboarding?

• Refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs. There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to their facility and re-added to stock so please carefully enter your shipping information and double check the items in your order before final checkout. 

• This will help lower shipping errors, making less hassle for you. Also keep track of your package with the provided tracking number. If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 48 hours from purchase please contact their customer service.

• All sales are final on items purchased during a sale.

Can I make a return at Primitive Skateboarding?

• If you wear a item and return it they will simply ship it back to you. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

• Any items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume/cologne, pet hair/dander, stains/marks, will not be accepted. Shipping fees can be a real hassle for them all so please carefully read their policy prior to making a purchase. 

• Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (Exceptions may apply). This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement.

Can one of pro's autograph something in my order?

Unfortunately they ship from a different location than their office so they are unable to get items autographed at this time.

My order was cancelled right after I placed it, why is that?

They take security and fraud very seriously, they have measures in place to detect and identify potential fraudulent orders. If your order is cancelled right after you submit it, chances are its been flagged for fraud. If you email them they can explain exactly why it was cancelled.
