How can I make a return?

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email [email protected]. 

• If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and they may handle or dispose of those products as they see fit at their sole discretion.

• They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I get damaged items?

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• If the Product arrives damaged ("Damaged Product"), Private Packs will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures.

• Once Private Packs confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) they will issue a refund to the original form of payment in the amount charged for the Damaged Product. 

• They will not charge your credit card, PayPal or Amazon account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

How about international shipping?

• The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer/buyer. The customer authorizes Private Packs to import the goods on their behalf. 

• Further, the customer agrees that Private Packs may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf. 

• Prices do not include import taxes, duties customs, and brokerage charges. International taxes might be applied depending on your country's tax policy. 

• Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. 

• In general, if the declared value of a package is lower than the tariff threshold, the package normally will not be taxed. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay duty, tax, or import fees unless told otherwise.
