How can I get full refund of my purchase?

• You can get a full refund with original receipt (at their store) or store credit with gift receipt. No returns without the original receipt or gift receipt if purchased in store.

• All tags must still be attached and item in its original packaging for return/exchange. Items returned without original tags are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

What is the return policy?

• You can return the items within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, they will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• The missing item was out of stock when you order it and will be delivered when it is available.

• The missing item is part of a Special Event Merchandise and in such a case the item will be shipped after that special event.

• All missing merchandise must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date for packages shipped within the United States, and within 45 days of your order's ship date for packages shipped Internationally.
