At what temperature should I wash my mattress and pillow protector?

• Premium Product: Can be washed at warm or hot temperature.

• Super Deluxe: Can be washed at warm temperature.

Yes, you can tumble dry your mattress protector at low to medium 65º C/150º F to 70º C/160º F and always dry together with other linens.

Can I dry clean my mattress and pillow protector?

No, chemicals used when dry cleaning will destroy the miracle membrane.

Can I use bleach when I wash my mattress protector?

No, because the bleaching process will destroy the miracle membrane.

Can I hang my mattress protector out in the sun to dry?

Yes, you may hang your mattress protector out to dry, however it may turn yellow if exposed to sun but that will not affect the durability or integrity of the mattress protector.

Can I iron my mattress protector?

No, do not iron your mattress protector because it could damage the miracle membrane.

Can I sterilize my mattress protector?

Yes, it can be wet sterilized at 120º C/250º F.

Does the skirt need to go directly under the mattress?

No, as long as the four corners of the mattress protector is secure.

Does the Protect-A-Bed warranty cover stains?

• The protector is designed to prevent the Mattress and or pillow from stains. If you wash the protector whilst still damp in most cases the stain will wash out.

• The warranty does not cover the protector from becoming stained. There are some products in their range with a mattress stain proof warranty. 

Can I make a return at Protect A Bed?

In the event you have paid for the Products and the Products have been delivered to you by the courier service company and you have executed the release form, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from King Koil Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd shall, save and except in the following circumstances:

• when the Products delivered to you are actually defective; or when there are technical errors inadvertently made by King Koil Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd shall on the Products. in which you shall be entitled for replacement of the Products from King Koil Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd shall provided you have fulfilled the following conditions :

• you shall contact them and/or notify them in writing or by facsimile transmission within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of execution of release form provided by the courier service company and deliver or cause to be delivered the said notice in writing to King Koil Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd shall;

• you shall return or caused to be returned to them the Defective Products in its original condition and quantity as it is first delivered to you;

• you shall deliver or cause to be delivered to them the proof in writing of your placement of order for the Products, payment of the Products to you.
