How do I change shipping method after placing an order?

• Although PsPrint will try to accomodate any changes to your order, PsPrint cannot guarantee that they will be able to update shipping method for your print job(s). 

• Their ability to change shipping method for you will depend on many factors such as status of your artwork, production schedule, day of the week, product selected, etc. 

• In addition, you could incur an additional cost to change your print job(s).

• To expediate your request, they encourage you to log in to your account by clicking on the "My Orders" button from any page on their site. After you are logged in to your account, you should post a note to the specific order that you want to change.

What if there is a product pricing or option error?

• While PsPrint strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or option errors may occur.

• PsPrint cannot confirm the price of a configured product until after you order. 

• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, PsPrint shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. 

• In the event that an item is mispriced, PsPrint may, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

• Yes. You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order. 

• If you paid by credit card, and your credit card was approved, this email will confirm your order. 

• Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment.

• You will also receive confirmation and/or update emails between the time of order placement and order receipt. 

• For example, once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

How to track  orders?

• PsPrint uses order numbers to identify and track every print job as it moves through the PsPrint system, from file submission to production to shipping. 

• An order number is automatically assigned to your print job(s), and you can use this order to track, locate, and verify the shipment of your print job(s), and keep track of other pertinent shipment details.

Does PsPrint offer Freight shipping?

• UPS freight is available only by special request within the Continental United States for shipments requiring palette. In-Transit times range and are somewhat similar to UPS Ground. 

• PsPrint will need to evaluate the requested shipment to determine whether Freight shipping is possible or necessary. This service, which should only be used when delivering to commercial addresses as often a forklift and loading dock are necessary.
