What are their return policy?
Pure Nootropics tries to provide affordable options for the popular nootropics you know and love. In order to keep prices low, they do not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. Unopened product may be returned, at the customer’s expense, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund to original method of payment.
You may contact them to provide a return label for the product, however the return shipment cost will be deducted from the refund. If they make an error, it will be corrected at the expense of Pure Nootropics. Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns greater than 30 days of delivery will be at the discretion of Pure Nootropics.
Please contact them to process a return and include your order number and name so they can identify your order (when submitting the contact form, use the e-mail you ordered with to help them more readily identify your order).
What shipping options do they offer?
First class packages are not guaranteed or insured and can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to deliver.
Priority package delivery dates do not come with a money-back guarantee. This service does come with insurance up to $50, with some exceptions.
Priority Express is a guaranteed service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. These shipments are insured up to $100, with some exclusions. USPS Express does not ship to, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Who will pay for the customs, duties, taxes of international shippment?
International shipments can be subject to duties, import taxes, and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. They do not assess these fees, the parcel carrier does. They do their best to mitigate these duties and taxes, however many countries still charge duties despite their efforts.
Due to customs issues, certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries around the world. If you do choose to pay for international shipping, they do not guarantee their products will pass your country’s customs or make it to the desired destination.
If your order is undelivered or returned to their fulfillment center because of rejection, failure to pick up, duty fees unpaid, etc. a 30% restocking fee and international shipping will not be included in your refund.
