How can I install Muse widgets?

• After you downloaded the widget, unzip the file, and you will have a folder with usually 3 files in it.

• Go back to Muse, open the library panel from The top menu Windows  Library.

• When the library panel is open, select the import button at the bottom of the Library panel. A window opens and you can select the .mulib file.

• After you imported the widget, it adds a new folder to your library panel called after the widget's name. However is most cases, the new folder name is called QooQee Widgets.

• Now you can drag and drop the widget from that folder, in Library panel, into the project.

What is the delivery method?

• Due to technical and licensing reasons some files may not be included in the package but will be hosted externally or delivered via CDN, or through our hosting server. 

• Their chosen delivery method is subject to change at any time and they reserve the right to decide about how to deliver the plugin-links or any other QooQee products in that matter. However, they will provide an ongoing solution for the continued use of the product. 

• QooQee will not be responsible for any common limitation or inconsistency in the technology and/or service of the hosting provider(s) or content delivery network(s) (CDN), used for the delivery.

Can I get refund?

• No. QooQee.com products, Adobe Muse widgets and Adobe Muse templates, are 'As is'. Qooqee.com offers non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods. 

• Therefore they do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme and/or widget purchase is made. 

• You are responsible for understanding this upon registering for our subscription service or purchasing a product.
