How to Process Returns?

Simply initiate your return or exchange here to return by mail. Once your return request is submitted and approved, they’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.  Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however they recommend using an insured, traceable method. If your return shipment does not have a tracking number, they cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, they are not able to provide return shipping labels. All international buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Once they receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Your return will be processed within 10 days from the date that your return was delivered. You will be notified by email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

What is International Shipping?

They offer free worldwide shipping for orders of $400+. A flat shipping fee of $22 for Canada, and $25 for rest of the world for orders under $400. As per international shipping, all orders will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, based upon credit verification and availability. Depending on your location, availability of certain sizes and styles, orders may be allocated to different worldwide warehouse locations for shipping. 

How about Duties and Tariffs?

When ordering from QUAINT from international locations, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. QUAINT is not responsible for any of these charges. It is customer's responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If the package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, QUAINT will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge. Please note that according to customs regulations, QUAINT cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

How about incorrect Address?

For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to QUAINT due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
