• On-demand printing orders totaling $49.95 or more qualify for free Standard delivery (1-5 business days). Please become familiar with the terms and conditions of this offer.

To qualify, orders must ship to destinations within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories do not qualify for this offer.

What is the delivery time for "Ship to Me" orders?

• Orders placed by 5 p.m. CT Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed by 2 p.m. CT with upgraded delivery options (Priority, Rush or Saturday) are eligible for shipment on the same business day. 

• Orders placed after 5 p.m. CT on Friday and on weekends will ship on the following Monday (next business day). 

• Please see below for the holiday fulfillment schedule.

• If they are unable to meet this turnaround due to factors beyond our control, you will be contacted by Customer Support, as soon as possible, with an estimate for delivery.

• Shipping Options: Standard Delivery - within 1-5 business days. Stanard Delivery is free on orders totaling $49.95 or more.

Can I receive a copy of my mailing when I place an order?

• Yes. You can request a confirmation card online when you place your original order. A confirmation card is an additional piece mailed to you at the same cost as others within your mailing.

• Based on customer feedback, a copy of your marketing piece can be sent in the actual mailing. This means you will receive your marketing piece when everyone else on your list receives it. This allows you to see exactly how it looks and gives you an idea of when it is received. The cost of the piece is also the same as the others in your mailing.

What is the delivery time for Direct Mail orders?

• Delivery Options: First-class presort: 5 to 8 business day average.

• Standard: 8 to 14 business day average. Typical arrival times based on the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders are printed and mailed next business day. 

• You will be notified with an email confirmation when your order has been entered into the mail stream at the U.S. Postal Service.
