What is Rebdolls' Return Policy?
Initiate your return 30 days from the shipment's arrival date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items cannot be returned. All clearance items are labeled Final Sale on product page. All items must have their original tags. Items can not show signs of wear (makeup, tanner, deodorant, stains, etc)

Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by thier team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
International Customers: Rebdolls asks that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as Rebdolls won't be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach thier facility. Your return may be delayed in getting back to Rebdolls due to delays with international carriers.

Cut-off times for order processing is 2PM Est. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?
Rebdolls strives to process your order as fast as possible. If you place your order before 2 pm eastern time Monday through Friday, it will ship out that day. Anything after 2 pm will ship out the next business day. Rebdolls allows a 1 hour grace period to edit or cancel your order on the checkout page or on your order history. Thier team works five days a week to respond to email requests.
