Do they offer free return?
They offer free returns within 30 days. If you need to return it, they will provide a prepaid Purolator return label. Their goal is to process your return within 10 business days of having it delivered through Purolator using the label provided by reebok.ca. This only includes shipping and processing time at their warehouse. During busy periods, processing times may be longer. Refunds will be issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your original payment method.
Does the product I buy from their website have a warranty?
Their warranty policy covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of manufacture (as listed on the product label), depending on product certification and original point of purchase. Products older than two years may not be eligible. Reebok does not repair items. They do not cover or replace the following; insoles, buttons, laces, logos, drawstrings or other decorative parts or components. Most claims are resolved within 2-4 weeks of submitting the form. Once their quality assurance team has received a defective item, they will not return it to you. By submitting a claim, you accept all terms and conditions of their policies and accept that all decisions are final.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that when you order more than one product, your order may arrive in different packages and on different days. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will be notified when you receive your first order shipping confirmation email.
