What is their return policy?

You can return unopened new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just contact them at (516) 887-1700 or email [email protected]. They will give you an RMA number, which you will need to return your item. Please Note: Returns without an RMA number are not accepted, so be sure to include the RMA number in your returned shipment. All items must be returned in their original product packaging. Opened items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Because they inspect and test each item before shipping, they may issue partial refunds for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or damage. Items are eligible for exchange within 90 days of receipt of purchase.

Refurbees warrants this refurbished hardware product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety days from the date of original retail purchase. In the event of a defect and Refurbees is obligated under this warranty, Refurbees will, at its option, repair the product free of charge with new or refurbished replacement parts, replace the product with a functional equivalent, or refund the purchase price of the product. Replacement products carry the remainder of the warranty period of the original product.
