What is their return policy?

You can return unopened new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just contact them at (516) 887-1700 or email [email protected]. They will give you an RMA number, which you will need to return your item. Please Note: Returns without an RMA number are not accepted, so be sure to include the RMA number in your returned shipment. All items must be returned in their original product packaging. Opened items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Because they inspect and test each item before shipping, they may issue partial refunds for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or damage. Replacement products carry the remainder of the warranty period of the original product.
