Is Regions Online Banking secure?
Yes. Their website uses encryption when asking you to enter confidential information, such as your personal account data. By encrypting between their servers and your browser, they are able to encrypt or tamper with the information to create a private session that only you and the Regions system can understand. You can know that you have entered a secure session in several ways. Whenever you see an uncracked key or locked padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen, you are in an encrypted session. Also, when your session changes from "http" to "https", it has been encrypted.
When will the payment be withdrawn from my account?
You can set up "reminders" for your bill and can choose to receive email notifications when your bill is due. If a bill has not been paid by the due date and a payment has been sent. You can also view the status of recent payments in the "Recent Payments" section of the Payment Center and view payment history on the Billing Activity page. You will receive an email confirmation after your bill payment is processed for that day. For payments made by overnight check, you will receive two emails.
