Can I have my order delivered to an alternative or work address?

You can add a delivery address at the checkout stage when placing an order.
If you have a REISS account, you can add and amend up to 5 delivery addresses to your account, by following the below steps: 

• Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password.

• Select the 'delivery address'option from the menu on the left-hand side.

• Here you will be able to add up to five addresses to your account.

• Please note that when you add an additional delivery address to your account you will be asked to authenticate the new address against your billing address by entering your credit card details (the credit card must be registered to your billing address).

Are any items exclude Reiss' returns policy?

Some items are exempt from their Returns Policy and cannot be exchanged for safety or hygiene reasons including earrings, facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed) and hand sanitisers. Shoes have to be returned within their original shoe box.

Does REISS have a petite range?

Some of their items are available as petite, designed for ladies no taller than 5 foot 3 inches. Where petite is available, you will be able to select it as a size.

In the event an item is not available then they offer an affordable alteration service using reputable local tailors. Please contact your local store for further information and prices. 

How do I reserve an exchange?

They no longer have the ability to exchange an item for online orders. If you no longer require the item please arrange a return and reorder a replacement.

You can receive an immediate refund for your returns by taking them to a REISS or Next store. 

Does Reiss offer a gift wrap service?

They do not currently offer a gift-wrap service. However, all items sent out are wrapped and presented in Reiss tissue paper.

Can I change or cancel my order?

• Their order process is very quick so they are unable to change orders and can only cancel delayed items.

• To add items to your order, please place a new order.

• If you have a REISS account, you can cancel delayed items online by following the below steps:

• Sign into 'My Account' using your email address and password

• Select the 'Order Tracking' option.

• Select the 'Cancel Item'  link next to the item you wish to cancel. 

• If you placed your order as a Guest, please contact them and a member of the team will be able to cancel delayed items. For ways to contact them, please click here.

Has my order going through?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated 'order confirmation' email within 1 hour, which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you entered a valid email address when placing your order.
