How long does it take to process my return?

• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
• It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

How to prepare for a return?

• Please return in the original packaging (if available) to ensure against breakage. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. 

• Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number if possible) and a note indicating your reason for returning the item(s). If you would prefer to exchange for another shade or item, please also indicate.

• Include your name, return address, contact phone number and email address.

• For your protection, they recommend that you use a trackable courier so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost.

How long can I expect my manicure to last?

• Dr.’s REMEDY wears similar to a traditional nail polish. With normal, everyday activity, polish should last between 5 to 7 days. 

• A pedicure with Dr.’s REMEDY will last up to 1 month, but this is not recommended. Podiatrists advise their patients remove or reapply toe nail polish after 7 to 10 days. 

What is the return policy?

• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Dr.'s Remedy, please return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. They regret that they are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges.

• Exchanges and credits are only valid on orders placed directly on their website. No exceptions. For Amazon related return and refund concerns please reach out to their Customer Service team directly at 1 (888) 280-4331.

• Should you wish to take advantage of a promotion, they are able to offer you a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase.
