How do they charge for it?
Members are charged a monthly membership fee. Your membership will not expire unless you contact them and choose to cancel.
How do I return it?
Clothes can be returned without plastic coverings or hangers. No need to hang up your belongings, they'll take care of it! However, they do recycle them, so send them back to help them reduce waste. Pack your rental with a reusable garment bag. Make sure to pack each accessory in the protective bag or jewelry box you received with your order. Once packed, replace the shipping label on the front of the bag and take it to the shipping carrier or any RTR drop-off location specified on the return label.
How does a one-time lease work?
Need a stunning look for your upcoming event? Choose your outfit and choose a delivery date 1-2 days before the event. When your 4 or 8 day rental is over, put your items (along with hangers and plastic - they recycle them!) back in the garment bag they came in. They will handle dry cleaning.
